Dear Shareholders,

Our co-op building stands at a pivotal crossroads. For over a decade, the current management company and Board of Directors have failed to implement a transparent or strategic savings plan, despite relentlessly increasing maintenance fees. This gross oversight has critically weakened our co-op’s financial foundation, leaving us with no reserves for vital repairs, capital improvements, or future enhancements. As a result, shareholders are burdened with escalating costs, while the long-term value of our investments continues to deteriorate due to this reckless lack of planning.

This approach is unsustainable and undermines the integrity of our community’s financial future.

To tackle this issue, we’ve begun a comprehensive proposal to restore control over our building’s finances.
